I am committed to the rights of disabled people to live independently in the way that they choose. Before joining our SDS Forth Valley team, I spent seven years working to remove the barriers disabled people face when engaging in politics and wider public life.
Previously I have a back ground in community development work and peace and reconciliation. I am trained in mediation and negotiation.
In my currently role I will work to ensure that people understand their rights to accessing Self Directed Support, the way in which Social Care is delivered in Scotland.
